Many find the best way to learn is live, with others. Our workshops are held either online or in person, and are run by trainers already in the industry.
People attending our live workshops say they benefit from being able to ask questions immediately, take part in role plays and being able to use the information immediately in our simulations.
Employers can feel confident knowing that each participant has shown competence and actively engaged in the content.
Each of our recorded modules are available for purchase separately, or as a full course.
This type of study is self paced and convenient for those who require flexibility, or who wish to simply obtain specific pieces of information.
When the full course is purchased a manual is provided for the participant to work through and complete, which helps with information retention and understanding.
We want to provide you with exactly what you need, therefore we also have a number of 'mix and match' options.
The live workshop and mixed presentation each include assessments that ensure the information is being retained and understood, and when they have completed the tasks satisfactorily they are granted our Certificate of Allied Health Admin Practices. Participants can use this on their resume, or can provide it to an employer to prove competence and completion*.
*Please note that as we are not a registered training organisation this certificate is not considered a full qualification. The completion certificates given comes with a transcript of completed course content for employers to be aware of the content covered.
