Mind Mode was the original brain child of the SWIPP team. Started by Cathy in 2017, it began as a one woman show, in a one room lease. From the beginning the values of integrity, teamwork and community were the foundation of the Mind Mode culture.
SWIPP was borne out of formalising the help we were already offering to psychologists, dietitians, OT's and other allied health professionals to begin their own start-up.
Many, after seeing the Mind Mode culture and benefits, chose to adopt Mind Mode as their brand, and now you can do the same!

SWIPP provides the following services under the Mind Mode method:
· Identify yourself as a Mind Mode team member
· Create projects, groups and workshops (with approval) using the Mind Mode brand
· Benefit from the reputation Mind Mode has created
· Spend less time thinking of how to create a brand and just start contributing
· Presence on Mind Mode website and affiliated social media
· Access to central referral base
· Use of Mind Mode as a nominated referral and contact location for clients and referrers
· Use of advertised Mind Mode phone, email and fax
· Presence in Mind Mode printed & digital marketing materials
· Answer phone, emails, texts, and voicemails
· Screen prospective new clients - obtain details of presenting issue prior to first appointment and discuss if presentation is clinically appropriate
· Provide appropriate referrals for suitable new clients from our central pool of enquiries
· Obtain and validate referral / Medicare plan details
· Administer New Client consent forms and cancellation policy
· Administer, scan and upload DASS or other assessments (at initial apt and on request)
· Set up financial arrangements/agreements with third parties (NDIS, Work Cover) and follow up payments
· Attempt to fill gaps in calendar with client sessions with current clients or new clients on request (please note we cannot guarantee full books as we are dependent on the availability and suitability of referrals)
· Lodge rebates on behalf of clients and regularly review referral counts
· Send pro-forma referral acceptance letters to GPs
· Provide reports on clients who don’t have a future appointment and contact to re-engage or close their files
· Adjust calendars as required for leave (including rescheduling appointments)
· Scan, upload to Power Diary and securely destroy any additional client documents or third-party correspondence
· Provide use of Mind Mode bank accounts for convenience of collecting fees and remittances
· Prepare invoices (RCTIs) for credit from Mind Mode’s central bank accounts less Mind Mode service fees
· Provide reports on outstanding unpaid sessions and follow up for remittance within reasonable boundaries
· Subscription to Power Diary under the Mind Mode group subscription
· Basic subscription to an office account including an email address and access to online versions of the Microsoft suite
· Facilitation of communication between Mind Mode staff and stakeholders, clients, customers, and contractors.
· Help in dealing with complaint handling and implementing feedback
· Help in collating and providing needed documents for subpoenas etc.
· Feedback regarding client retention rates and possible avenues to increase referrals
· Organising marketing materials
· Approving the use of the Mind Mode brand for projects and materials outside of the normal package
